Chef Robert Antonio likes to say, "Any dish can be made better with a pinch of love and a dash of passion." Over the past 5 years Chef Robert has been doing just that at the Catering Connection. Chef Robert's passion is elevating classic American cuisine. Born and raised in a small village in Tarlac, Pampanga, Philippines, the culinary capital of that island nation, Chef Robert developed his passion for cooking at his mother's side in the families Sari-Sari store. Since then Chef Robert has brought that passion to The Forum at Rancho San Antonio, the Marriott and Sunrise, mastering both the front and back of the house operations. With 21 years of knowledge and experience Chef Robert and his talented and dedicated crew bring classic American cuisine to you featuring a pinch of love and a dash of passion.
