Born and raised in a small village in Tarlac, Pampanga, Philippines, the culinary capital of that island nation, Chef Robert developed his passion for cooking at his mother's side in the families Sari-Sari store. Since then Chef Robert has brought that passion to The Forum at Rancho San Antonio, the Marriott and Sunrise, mastering both the front and back of the house operations.
